The English voice acting is fine, so I'm going with that. I'd only ever go Japanese if the English was unbearable which isn't too common these days.

Being fluent in both, it depends. They are very different dubs. The JP dub is very anime. More extreme reactions, very crude tokyo affects, really unnatural kinda childish goofy use of pronouns and anime style dictation.

The English dub is a capable dub with a couple of weird affects and references.

Well a lot of the little things aren't subtitled, some of the battle banter. So I would go English for you.
