Criterion pretty much flipped a switch that turned on the higher res PC textures in the Wii U version. It was that simple. They could have done that in the PS360 versions if they were able to maintain a decent framerate but evidently they weren't.
That is clearly not the case, only some of the textures are the high res ones.
Just as I suspected, game's basically the PC version at 720P/30FPS. Good stuff.
No, it is clearly worse than the PC version, Shadows are low res like the 360 and PS3 and alpha buffers are also low res.
