Is using rage to win at everything in life going to affect my efforts to get my shit together or is it a legitimate strategy? Because right now I'm working on being calm and happy, but the thing is, since I would forgive everyone and barely ever get angry, I repurposed all of that rage for normal functions like defending myself. I haven't been using unused rage as fuel lately. Maybe I can balance it out. The middle point between rage and happiness is determination, right?

Relationships are sometimes hard Windam, for sure, but the rewards for putting in the time and effort are often life-affirming. Sometimes just waking up and knowing that amazing person is in your life is enough to make it all worthwhile.
As for getting overly attached, I think that only happens if you aren't with the right person; unrequited affection is a sure sign of a dead end relationship.
Cheating? That shit is just a motherfucker, but do you avoid crossing the road in case you get hit by a bus? Just try and make it a healthy, fulfilling relationship and you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
