TYM is a great show. I actually learned some baseball stuff from it.

The main rival from Ashita no Joe was also a Mexican; Jose Mendoza. The Ippo dude was probably directly inspired by him:

The original OVA is titled Ah My goddess, but the movie is labeled Oh My Goddess and the newer TV series is called Ah My Goddess TV.

Well the newest one is basically a board game with Gintama characters. No where near what anyone would consider a fighting game.

Finally, this is the only time I've seen the show take such a meta-stance on the state of narrative in anime. That was funny.
It has a nice ring to it.
This episode focuses entirely on the Iserlohn shenanigan post-Yang Wenli. We see some dissatisfaction from the lower ranks stemmed from Julian and Frederica's appointments in the high echelons of the command chain (how that dude would have reacted in front of Berserk Julian is something that I am dying to see), but there are also some people who admire these individuals for taking on a position that nobody else would. The scene with mini-Yang was moving, as Julian realises what the authority he has been granted means for those under his age group. Even so, Katerose's sudden interest in the kid, not to mention the unprecedented act of having the audience partake on her thought processes (a privilege reserved before for important characters) strikes me as a forced attempt to give Julian a love interest that doesn't work. It feels very artificial, but I have to agree none of the romantic relationships have appeared to be believable at any point before.
On the political side of things we see further evidence of Truniht's involvement with the Terraists, but what I found more interesting was the idea of subverting the Empire from within by making it establish a constitution. It takes me back all the way to the first ending animation, with Reinhard and Julian looking at each other. Does this foreshadow an eventual takeover of the crown by Jesus Minci? Throwing guesses into the wind here.

Pretty disappointed in this episode. There wasn't much plot progression and what there was seemed pretty damn contrived.
So, Kotonoha has confronted Sekai about her and Makoto. Unsurprisingly, she tells her to stay away from him and doesn't hold him responsible at all. In fact, she tells him she'll put out for him in what seemed like a desperate last ditch effort to get him to love her again. On one hand, I'm thinking "Fuck you, Kotonoha", but more than anything I just feel bad for her at this point. She basically blames herself for wanting the relationship to progress at a pace she's comfortable with. She seems to really have self-respect issues.
Makoto didn't get the shit-hitting of the fan I was hoping for, but he hasn't weaseled himself out of this. In fact, the ground is sort of starting to crumble beneath him. What will happen with the dance will be interesting to watch. Seems like he may finally have to answer for what he's done and maybe even (gasp) make a choice!
This episode also had a really stupid ending. Setsuna kissing Makoto while he was sleeping just seemed pointless in the grand scheme of things, what with her moving to Paris and all. I really don't know where they're going with Kotonoha witnessing her do that, either.
Other points:
-Why is there a bed in the break room?
-Again, school festivals are really serious shit, ain't they?
-Can Kaisuke go away? He really isn't adding anything at this point.
