Lets do this!
EDIT: I'm thinking high 80s overall.
EDIT: I'm thinking high 80s overall.
Expecting 92 metacritic just to be edgy
Theres always something to build, somewhere to discover, someone to help ,or something to distract you. Ignore the bugs (if you can) and leap into Fallout 4 with both feet, and youll find a game bigger, brighter, deeper, and more personal than anything Bethesda has done before.
Bu-bu-but...Fallout sucks right?
Not essential like Witcher ? What a time to be alive.
83 Metacritic bet (thinking lower than Rise)
Leave it up to them.
At this point, you're probably aware of Bethesda's history with shipping buggy open-world games by now. If you were hoping that somehow a generational leap would magically buck that trend, prepare to be disappointed. Nearly every classic glitch is accounted for, including occasional save data issues, repeated dialogue, frameskipping, severe frame-rate drops, pop-in, falling through the floor, and so on
So is this like a 9/10? Don't want to read because spoilers
Fallout 4 is a masterclass in open world design. Consistently engrossing and absolutely stuffed with intricacies, it's a title that'll keep you enthralled for hours at a time as you gradually unravel its desolate yet hopeful post-apocalyptic portrayal of Boston. Although it's let down by some disappointing frame rate issues, it's not enough to detract from what's otherwise one of the most atmospheric and beautifully brutal games on the PS4. Significantly improved combat, a constant wealth of gameplay options, and a heavy emphasis on player choice combine to create an adventure that's truly memorable.
