this guy is one of the weirdest hitmen ever.
God that kid is creepy.
It's the unfortunate thing about the extended episodes is that sometimes there's filler. Usually they're somewhat judicious about the commercials, but this feels a little heavy on them tonight.Boy they are not scared to cut to a commercial break.
Well that just shot to the top of my "Ways I don't want to die" list.
damn
Oh my, next week looks like is going to pick up.
That's their way of letting him know he should've chilled out earlier.
Also Martin Freeman is channeling amazing William H Macy.
Just starting watching the first episode. The production value is surprising for FX.
Last name is Solverson for a reason.
Well, Lundegaard was pretty sociopathic, or just was never shown to have any remorse for anything that happened. Nygaard shows plenty of remorse, but I have a feeling this story is so much longer that he'll possibly become more of a monster as this thing keeps going. This, actually, would be my only complaint. He's a little too similar to the Lundegaard character IMO.

Ratings holding up reasonably well for week 2.Adalian said:FARGO averages 2M viewers and a 0.7 A18-49 in same-day ratings for episode 2. First ep did 2.7M and a 0.8 + went way up in L+3
"True." They really drilled a hole in the ice and dumped a guys body in there? That's crazy.
The Coen brothers played that little trick with the original movie so I sincerely doubt this is based off anything remotely based in reality.
The episode starts with something like 'Based on true stories that happened in [year]' but they end that with something like 'If it even happened' or something along those lines.
