Yes those are traditional Mexican fillings (carne asada is steak) eaten on soft corn tortilla, flour tortillas aren't real popular in Mexico except for the northern part.Are all those options different kinds of meat? If you want to try and make a traditional taco Grill some flank steak cut it into strips garnish with diced onions, lime juice and cilantro thank me later.Taco night in our house consists of the old el paso hard shells, mince with seasoning, lettuce, red onion and mixed peppers, cheese & salsa..
