Should humans interfere with natural selection? Judging from this video I come to the conclusion that we increase the amount of offspring each species has by putting them together with one another, but outside of that should we also prevent the carnage that happens in the animal kingdom? I see those videos where camera men capture lions killing giraffes or bears killing cheetahs.

They do this either in the wild or stuck inside a zoo. One animal is always going to do this type of stuff when they're cooped together.
