Any pics out there of Fifa 13 on the 360/PS3 we can compare with?

Who seriously cares about the crowd? Last thing on my mind when I play FIFA.
I wish they'd have more semi interactive elements round the pitch. The last FIFA i brought was 11 I would love to see managers and the dugout. And players warming up on pitchside.
Have those been implemented yet?
DATT ASS

Might just be the compression, but this is the second screenshots thread where to me, it doesn't look too great - for example you can clearly see the blurry names and numbers on the back of the shirts in that first screenshot - it stands out way more than it should, although obviously will be better in motion. The net texture looks quite bad too.More screens from the article:

Plus it comes out in October at the latest, so they have less than 3 months to polish it up, and that's not even including testing, disc producing and distribution. It's hardly going to improve much from now until release.
D'oh. Thinking of the usual FIFA release schedule.October at the latest?
The grass does look pretty nice.
For some reason the site is banned, just replace the * with "s p o n g".
Out of interest, why are/were they banned in most places? I don't go to their site so it might be obvious if I did, I don't know.Oh man that's a name I haven't heard in a while. Even the old official Nintendo forums banned "s p o n g" back in the day.
Ouch. Some AA pl0x. It really kills string. Look at that thread near the camera, if it's even there at all.More screens from the article:

Is there a reason MLB The Show is miles ahead of every other sport franchise when it comes to crowds?
Watched a vid of it and holy fuck.
FIFA still stuck in the same shitty texture crowd.
I fully expect to be amazed at the difference between the Wii U crowd and the two others. I know when I buy a game, nothing impresses me more than the visual quality of the crowd.
But man, THE CROWDS! It shows the power of the Wii U!
Edit: LOL the crowds still look like stick figures lol! Wow.
Lol dude is in every WiiU thread Hating like theres no tomorrow. Let him be it makes him feel better I think. They said they doubled the resolution of the crowd for the first person view, when you use the GamePad to see through the eyes of a player on the field. It seems to make a difference on this mode.
Hadn't they done this, you would have looked at a screenshot showing this first person view, and your reaction would have been the same.
LOL at the crowd! LOL Wii U. LOL. Wow.
Well, it's rendering the thing twice. One for the Game Pad and the other one for the TV. You know, new hardware, short dev times, etc.
FIFA 14 will sure look way better than PS360's version.
...pitch.. as in anisotropic filtering?
Pitch as in the field. The grass.
Do they actually use sprites? Or are they just talking about the texture?
Do people seriously believe this?
The game is out in like, 2-3 months.
Didn't know it was possible to have 4 distinct shadows for each player. Awesome.
Is it 60fps on both screens?

Please please please be a joke post.
The power of the Wii U.explain to me how the lighting in a stadium can do shadows like that.

Only a next gen system could pull off such tech. .You two better be joking, really.
Four shadows thanks to multiple reflectors, maybe? At times, they count of shadows can go higher, depending on the number of light sources.
Cloving is definitely joking. Bookerman... ummm...You two better be joking, really.

... his best option would be to pretend he was joking and then insult us for thinking otherwise.

Should have just stuck with his "sure am" response to my "please let this be a joke post" instead of editing it.
So uh, if Dead Rising 1 and 2 can have shitloads of zombies and fairly complex environments, how come a football game has to resort to 2d cutouts when it comes to the crowd?
Probably more a case of why bother put all that time and attention into it.
Do some of you people just try to troll Wii U in any place that you can?But man, THE CROWDS! It shows the power of the Wii U!
