I was at the start. I was living away from home with work for two months which didn't help so lost all that time.

You should be alright. A lot of PCs with blown out PSU´s and MB have gone through me at work and I can´t remember a single one that also had the rest of the components damaged.
Also in the last 5 minutes I have been called
