We had our chance with the whole BRZ LI Joe phase.. but he backed out to protect the community and avoid having sponsors back out. It would honestly have been interesting to see how that could have turned out. What do you guys think? Was it for the best, not to have Brazzers involved, or could that have turned in to something good?:p

I am actually a little sad if Edition Select works online:/ It will def split the online community, and I have no interest in practicing outdated versions of SF. I agree it could be fun, but if people start "maining" it online, that will be detrimental to the practice I will get in USF4 online

They;ll kill the game if they made it ranked, having it restricted to endless lobby is fine, especially if you can still make Ultra only lobbies. (like right now you can do AE or Super only)

Capcom most likely did not hire her, shes one of KSK and godsgardens girls/friends. Her and a few other chicks who are upstart gravure idols who are trying to get famous atm. Either way, they show up to tons of gaming events in Japan especially the ones hosted by GG. Not really worth following on twitter I find, they just use the accounts to post a bunch of pics multiple times trying to get exposure/gigs the struggle is real even in japan... then again being a gravure model isnt really a good job, I hear it pays garbage

Either way its just wide not much meat to it :p

I really really really hope edition select won't be available in ranked....c'mon, what's the point of balancing the game if you can just pick the overpowered version of your character from past versions

I really think they'll play it smart and just have it as an option in Endless battle. Putting it in ranked without any other options would be stupid.

Console upgrade version will be June still I think.

Steam version is still supposed to be at retail disc release right? Mainly concerned about Steam version because I haven't used my console much since last October, and I suspect the PC version will end up being a lot more important this time.

Being able to play Edition Select online will be pretty fun. I'll probably use AE Yun and Ultra Evil Ryu(the best version of him) most of the time and switch it up to other characters here and there.

BTW, Capcom and Taito announced a Japanese National Tournament for USF4. It consist of singles and 3v3 with the winners getting almost 10k each(although the winner of teams will have to split it). They haven't said anything but this should definitely be a premiere event.

Edition Select won't be playable online. The source SG Cafe uses mistakenly says "online-only" according to USD. The new Famitsu article says it's still exclusive to offline play.

I'm in this boat. Mostly because I finally gave up on Xbox Live, so if I want to get my ass wrecked online, It's gonna have to be via the PC version of the game.
