Hmm I disagree. He should of super and akuma would be around 100k left. That easily in chip situation. Also rage trigger beats everything akuma has, its like 50 frames invul lol. Play neutral at such a low health with a 3-4 bar meter akuma isn't going to work. Its not in your favor. Esp since akuma wasn't super jumping

Rage trigger would never have the opportunity of happening cause Justin wouldn't shoot himself in the foot like that and let a super with a lot of start up time run up at him. He would have to level 1 beam super on the ground so Vip can punish. Besides, even if X23 was going to chip, she would need to do a level one again but isn't safe after the first attempt so there would be no point to it. X23 doesn't have the chipping capability Akuma has and remain safe afterwards. I've been in this situation hundreds of times and you can't chip someone out with X23 with confidence unless they don't advance guard.

Above I have it time stamped near the ending of the combo where Vip didn't level 1 and shouldnt have since Justin could just demon flip out after the level 1. Even if Vip went for either level 1 to attempt for a chip out, the one where she cartwheels would have been beaten out. The other one with the ridiculous amount of invincibility frames would have gone under and probably have left Justin enough time to recover from his super.

since when you played x23 and I'm not say he should of went for the chip. But to not super after that combo was just why? He lost corner pressure immediately after soooooo

Akuma was gonna be near the top of the halfway point of the screen if he went for a level 1. That would have given Justin less health for sure but an opportunity to escape. I play X23 but I don't main her, my playing partner, my cousin does. I've been playing his X23 for the past 3 years, I know every damn nook and cranny against her cause thats how I'm able to win against him. She is disgusting in certain situations but this one was not the best for her, backdashing and not giving justin the option to be in the air was a good option on dapvips part, he just fucked it up at the end.
Edit:
Dapvip had the corner pressure once he let akuma land on the ground after the ankle slice, Justin even teched back after he landed on the ground. Dapvip just fucked up the corner pressure and super jumped talon dived against him, giving justin the opportunity to get out of the corner.

They said no sooner than a year after the arcade release, or was it "not before 2016", can't remember. But either way it'll be hitting consoles eventually.
