So, right now it looks like SCR spot will go to a player that already in (Bonchan/Xiao Hai). I doubt Reiketsu it's able to win Kazunoko. From losers I could see Snake Eyes coming all the way back, but same scenario as the above players.
I hardly doubt Filipinoman can overcome losers bracket... If he was still in winners I could totally see him winning.

In the other hand, Pr Rog it's going to leave Capcom Cup's top 32. Probably going to Costa Rica, but I think some internationals will go also... Even his team mates (KBrad and Ricky).

I think they're tight that Capcom is not following the letter of their rules but rather the spirit of them. I suspect it's akin to poker sites using the play money versions of their sites to sponsor players at televised tournaments to work around legal restrictions.
