I wouldn't mind if my Exvius luck went over to Mobius this week just like it did when Orlandeau came out. Squall job is finally coming out and shall be MINE! First year anniversary stuff is just as good as it was in Exvius, all kinds of awesomeness going on!

I'm actually surprised Mobius wasn't killed off yet. What can I grab if I start another account there right now? I don't remember linking the one I had last year.
I'm sure its profits are nowhere near Exvius and we've had our ups and downs as they've experimented with so many different pricing systems. The anniversary update brought it pretty close to the JP model (but better in some ways imo). There's a bunch of free summon tickets right now (not sure how many new players get for sure though), free daily summons for the month, and a one time greater summon that starts tomorrow (basically a 10+1). Probably a good time to reroll, especially since the first 5 supremes are in the mix (with Aerith being the best one). Also some new "starter packs" to get newbies on their feet right away that are pretty cheap, especially now that magicite is farmable.

Just installed Brave Exvius from the One store and it's setting up with initial installs.
After this is done do I just go back into my iPhone version and accept the stuff from my mailbox?
Edit - Game crashed on Memu and I loaded it on iPhone and sure enough there was the gift in my inbox.

I want one at a minimum for the mitigation skill.
I have 2 Orlandeau already so chaining isn't an issue.
But yeah, the more the merrier.

Well, you want them for other things like Syntsui mentioned. Future MK events so your event units can chain and 10 man stuff when you can't bring more than 1 of a unit.

But I wasn't trying to make a case, I was pointing out that it's funny watching GL work itself into a progressively crazier and crazier tizzy about this TM based off of JP foreknowledge. And it is!
If I had to make a case, I'd say that chasing 3+ copies of a limited-time 4* unit who has the possibility of being on a banner with another 4* unit solely for Mog King events - Mog King events, the most trivial content in this game aside from story updates! - seems a little crazy to me.

I only run the second to highest right now for Mog King. Earlier today I had a Bomb and a Pink slime. I was like "That's new..." and realized it was bonus stuff. I didn't know pink slime was involved.

Oh, so you've heard the rumor that Treasure Hunter effects work on Expeditions as well? Apparently Shaly tweeted about it.
Crap, then we need enough to fill 4 expedition teams of 5, and have enough for the 10-man gem raid so now it's 60. At this point it's simpler to just round up to a 100.

For the record I think 2 is the correct balance of optimal and realistic number of 9S TMs to go for. Just poking fun... and yes, we absolutely blow things out of proportion. Remember 'Aigaion can't be defeated without 100% stat buffs?' Among about a hundred other tempests in teacups.
All in on Veritas of the Dark, Alkez, or stopping at some point? IIRC you have a lot of lapis stored...

Yeah I think 2 is good as well, but with Eve I'm less inclined to go for 2. I really only want the damage mitigation if I'm honest.
I'm not sure atm tbh. I think it'll be a judgement call tomorrow. But I do have a lot of resources. 45k lapis and nearly 100 tickets (it's funny that I don't consider myself a hoarder lol).
I feel like if I go for DV I'm basically saying I'm giving up on Ayaka, because I promised myself I would only put irl money into this game once a year, so for me that will be the Christmas bundle. I need to work out what's more important to me I guess. I have Frye and Aileen, so I'm set for DPS (one of which I can use in 10 mans), but I have always wanted DV and always disliked Ayaka.
Also LOL at the 100% buffs. Good times, good times.
I'm sure Ayaka is everything that JP players say she is and more, but I can't get excited about pulling a healer. I play a healing class in MMOs typically and it's the same situation when I get gear upgrades. Cool? Now I can... heal more effectively. There's something lacking vs. the visceral appeal of beating ass more effectively.
I'll probably regret not going for her but I'll just have to hobble through with Tilith.
I also feel like if she's the ascendent healer of the last... six months? in JP, she's a prime candidate for a patented Gumi Delay.

I think the healer situation is easily the worst role design decision in FFBE. This is where Gumi should really apply some of that GL exclusive magic. Ayaka nukes every other healer in the game from orbit completely. What I'm not sure on is how much of that is strictly needed to complete content, which is why I'm not saving for her.
I've seen much less talk about Ayaka's requirement than I'd like. Her power, yes, her convenience, sure, but her necessity, not so much.
I do think saving for her if you don't have Tilith seems like a sound plan. For what it's worth, going by JP schedule, even if next week is FFXI and Nier is a month and change out, I'm not sure Ayaka would release before it. They'd be very close by, in any case.
So true. I have fully gimped Refia and recent events & trial have shown that she aint enough anymore. Well she is almost 1 year old unit so no wonder. Good thing is that I "only" need the unit, the eq's I already have.

Yeah I agree, and this is why I dislike her. In terms of raw healing Y2 Fina easily competes, but Ayaka has every white mage skill you'll ever need and I really dislike that. I don't think atm she is required for content in JP based on what I've played, but I think the idea is based on her kit she is going to have a lot of longevity. And because Curada is basically just full heal you can get in a second action where Tilith can only full heal. At least that's been my experience with Fina so far.
This is definitely true. I feel like for the last month or so her and Nier have been all GL have talked about (I guess because everyone always asks who's the next big unit to save for) and Gumi clearly listens to the community so they will definitely adjust accordingly.
Think I'm convinced about tomorrow. Just need to work out how much of my resources I'm willing to use up. I'm not someone who will ever go all in on something, even if it's just a game. I need to have some reserves in the back.
