You know, I'm not really ashamed to say that Final Fantasy VIII is the only Final Fantasy I've ever finished. I never even played FFVII...I played Crystal Chronicles for like 12 hours...And that about sums up my Final Fantasy career.

I did like FF8 when I played through it though What was that guy's name who had a shotgun I think? Looked sort of like a cowboy?

I really, really hope that Irvine is one of the figures in a future lineup. Edea rocked, too, but she would work better as a statue. Zell would rock as would Seifer. He was basically Squall, but the non-emo version. le sigh.

I usually hate them utterly, but I want an FF8 where Squall warms up to Quistis and gives Rinoa the extreme cold shoulder Also, the chance to leave her to die in space, forever floating in the void of stars.

Also the ability to have Squall woo Seifer, getting him permanently in your team and treating the rest of the party members to their increasingly wacky and disturbing homosexual antics!

FF8 FMV is still some of the best ever made, and it has the best balance of sound quality and composition quality in the series. Loved most of the characters too. Haters be damned, and I'm probably getting that Rinoa figure. I had the big soft vinyl one but I traded it for an equally rare Freya figure.
