It really makes me wish there was cross-buy, or at least some kind of deal to own both versions. Like, buy the PS3 or Vita version and get the other for $20. I dunno. As is, I'm also pretty tempted to get both. Only getting PS3 for now, but it'd be cool to play on Vita too.

I believe (could easily be wrong) that KH1 Final Mix already had the cutscene option originally, so it wasn't a new addition to the remaster. Doubt it would have taken much work to implement it here though.

It's not a matter of how bad, the voice acting was really good, if you stop and think about the fact that it is from 2001 and the first voice acted FF.

Yeah, the track "Challenge" is really shitty compared to the original. It's missing those two heavy bell-like chimes if you know what I mean.

Don't have much of a problem with Wandering Flame.

I think it was Anima, Seymour's aeon. Had to look up a guide to beat it cuz it is the only time brute force doesn't work. There was only one way to win iirc, summon Shiva, keep her alive and use Shield against Anima's insta kill attacks.

My biggest problem seems to come right down to bass hits... or the bass, in general. Or the lack of bass in general. Hopefully it sounds better with a good sound setup. With bass this weak, I couldn't imagine playing this on Vita.

I just really have no idea how Digital River is still in business after all this time. Its like the guy that constantly screws up at work but is never fired because of his uncle or dad for some other connections.

Correct. Most FF games are entirely self-contained unless they are direct sequels (like FFX-2, FFXIII-2, LR).
