You can also do 3 mini cactpots right when you log in and 3 more a few hours later. Very important for that elusive cheevo.

Alright, I've got an idea. Can we bug the system if we teleport while flying to a zone that either does not allow flying or where we have not unlocked flying?

It'll teleport to the same spot it always does, on the ground.
The game shouldn't need pre-loading. It's just a normal patch from the launcher. Expect it to be available to download a little bit after servers go down.
Sure, that makes sense. Bugs don't always make sense though.

The 1.7GB file is not the expansion, just launcher stuff.

It probably won't be smart to use a fantasia, log out, and expect to get back in, will it..
Did buy Heavensward and are preparing for the early access, then I read you must complete the main story... So I am trying to rush the quest line have maybe 30 quest left.... kinda stressful when I have not so much time left... Do someone on GAF play on Phoenix? I am all alone these days...
It'll be fine. If things are out of hand, being logged in won't save you anyway.

Really hoping to dig into the game with the new expansion. Took a long break not too long after the release of 2.0 and didn't really come back until December of last year.
There is still much I haven't done (mainly Coil and getting everything to 50) but looking forward to changing that with Heavensward and beyond.

I mean, can't he just use a Fantasia and take off all gear before logging off tonight, then Friday when you log in, just immediately do the thing? That's what I was planning on doing anyway if I race change.

What if Au Ra doesn't get implemented correctly? Then you lost a fantasia and no, they won't give you another one.
Then don't do the change or something? Just because you use it doesn't mean you have to actually USE it next log in, also, I think we get another free one with the expansion right? I'll personally have three free ones at that point, so unless I want to keep a fantasia in my inventory indefinitely, I'll need to use one anyway, and if I don't like Au Ra, I can change back to what I was.
Pretty sure when you log in, it brings you to character creator automatically. Whether you change something or not, that was your one go for that fantasia. Even with 3 free ones, why waste a potential $10?
No, you can choose to use it or not, according to everything I've read.
