This to me is just like MGSV (although we already knew that one was coming), meaning it was shown at MS's conference and for me was huge, but is also coming to PS4. Just like FF15 and KH3 are gonna be multiplatform too, just that their reveal was done at Sony's conference. Makes a lot of sense, don't think SE can afford to release console exclusives in their current shape, unless they'd get HUGE money hats.
