I think this is CLEARLY not real life, i.e., they didn't get resurrected to live happily ever after. What I wasn't sure about was whether it was some sort of real afterlife, or whether it was just a visual metaphor/remembrance, like "almost everyone is dead and the world is shit, but, Luna and Noct at least achieved their goals, so there's some happiness in that."

Depends on the type of the enemy. The Dominator broadsword definitely makes the no item dungeoneasier, since most enemies there are weak to it. There's no "one best weapon" because of how resists work.
 
I wonder when we'll get the dlc of Luna and Gentiana going shopping for the dress~

Seriously though, Aranea probably would be the best girl for dlc. By showing more of her story they could reveal more stuff about Niflheim.

They can do that both with hers and Prompto DLC.
 
has anyone had a carbuncle show up in their photos yet? I just saw one for the first time a few hours ago, must be rare because I culled my photos down due to the limit at least 10 times while playing...

And I played in Normal mode, so I haven't summoned him.

Gentiana would be boring. She just randomly shows up and stands there. Unless I can transform into Shiva whenever, I don't see how that would work.

Monica would be doing all the shit people in her town ask her to do. She's a busy lady XD
 
I'm just saying, a DLC expansion with Aranea, Biggs and Wedge (with Cor for funsies?) as hunters in the world under the plague of stars would be the best RPG expansion news since Dragon's dogma dark arisen expansion!
 
So what do we even know so far about what the future DLC will be? I know they've specifically mentioned Gladio, but is there even any hope for Ardyn DLC? I wouldn't mind more of Aranea either.

Balmung Sword from Steyliff sealed door.

Zwill Crossblades from Randolph level 120 hunt.

Apocalypse greatsword from Mines sealed door.

Dragoon Lance from Randolph level 80 ish hunt. Or Flayer from Steyliff sealed door.

Those are a few. Ultima Blade is one of the best though, probably the second best sword after Balmung.

We known there will be more DLC outside of the season pass and past it. No clue if will be character DLC episodes or just adding them in as party members.

Speaking of which, that whole witch aunt thing came out of nowhere, lol. It confused me.

So basically, Dave's aunt was making items to heal people, and Dave's mom was like "Don't do that, it's dangerous," and Dave's aunt was like, "Screw you imma go live in the woods."

But why were her potions dangerous? Because she used daemon parts or something? Is it meant to mirror Ardyn's story about being villainized for trying to heal people?
