If it continues to hurt or interferes with your normal activities or you get any weakness, tingling or pain outside of that area, you probably want to see a doctor. Can't say without an mri, but if you just worked out today you'd likely have weakness from having just worked out. I'd see in the next few days. Could just be an irritation in the soft tissues.
