Any time. It's saturation. The only thing acute about BA is paresthesia. As long as you take it every day you are fine. True. My brother and his wife were buying a house, had already sold theirs and the day of contract signing the previous owners completely vandalized the house by tearing into walls, breaking Windows, spray painted obscenities on the brick fireplace, etc. All because the roof needed some repairs and by bro talked down the price of repair.We got outbid on the house we really wanted and didn't know what we were going to do since we didn't find any place that was half as good. A few weeks later we got a call that the buyers backed out and we wound up getting it anyway. It's so rare that I find anyone that didn't go through some craziness when they bought.

That's awesome. That's the way to do it. I run as early as I possibly can and Sunday mornings so that I'm back home on time to make the kids a serious breakfast. They really look forward to it and I wouldn't miss it for the world.

This. It's funny because although I have more time constraints, they are part of my motivation. The bonus is that they think it's awesome, following in my footsteps in a lot of ways by getting into sports. My 7 year old daughter is playing on a soccer team, runs kids dashes, takes rock climbing classes... It blows me away. I'm actually not sure who is setting the example for who anymore.Most of the people I know that use that excuse were in shit shape before they had kids anyway.
Today I decided to join fitness gaf! Last year I stopped smoking and last month I began doing some cardio and lost around 15 pounds. I'm 5'5 215lbs I'm trying to slim down to about 160. So stoked! My schedule varies but I do lots of hiking before work. I do about 1 to 1 1/2 hours (45 minutes of that is straight uphill) would you say that is a decent substitute for running? I hate it (for now)
