The rules said no electronic devices. However they were obviously referring to things like cell phones and other things of that nature that could be used to gain an unfair advantage in a debate.

According to CNN they were told no "electronic devices (including fans)" and the organizers denied the request for a fan shown on that signature card. They also point out that fans are banned from the upcoming CNN debate

Ugh, even both candidates are terrible choices I really hope Rick Scott AKA "Lord Voldemort" gets kicked the fuck out office. That man has done jack shit for our state and he's Voldemort in disguise.

I think it's more about upsetting the other speaker, making him irritated and angry, and standing up there alone, getting flustered and wondering wtf are we going to do. I'm not saying that why he did it, but I remember from a debate class all these little tricks and things to watch out for. This seems almost like a psyche out.

Let's be positive about this...for one, Medical Marijuana is on the ballot this year so hopefully the young come out and secondly, let's remember that as a state, we voted for Obama twice.

As long as the dems get a decent turnout, he should win...Hopefully.

Lol yes lets trust a Gynecologist to be the most qualified person to give us facts about medical marijuana. I cringe every time I hear her say "there is nothing medical about this marijuana" .....yes, yes there is something medical about it.

People really believe it is though, I recently sat down with my grandpa and it came up in conversation that I use it for some medical reasons. His first question was if I felt the urge to use heroin or other hard drugs. He was completely serious, I tried not to laugh and did my part to try and educate him on a few things. I don't know if it helped, I think he just thinks he has a junkie grandson or something :/ Times are changing my whole family and friends are all Yes on 2. *fingers crossed*

Florida sucks. it's going to continue to suck regardless of whichever crooked politician is in office, but I like fans and so If I actually voted I'd vote for Christ. You gotta have fans. portable fans, industrial fans, ceiling fans. A world without fans is a world of death.
