You certainly got to ask yourself if it's worth explaining to people haha, usually if someone has asked me about it, when I sit browsing and writing angry GAF posts at uni, I just tell them it's "some forum" and then give them a mean look and click my facebook bookmark.

A friend asked me about why the fuck I wrote about football in English with a bunch of idiots on whatsapp, when I went to watch Europa League with him a few weeks back. Both he and his girlfriend agreed it was weird to do that. Luckily we found common ground and watched efutk together afterwards, good friendly entertainment we could all agree on wasn't weird but just great.
Well they were fucking wrong we don't talk about football in whatsapp just curved dicks and moles and farts and console wars

No one knows about my GAF life. Hell, none of my close friends even LIKE football so you guys are the only one I talk to about it. T_T

Couldn't catch the game but saw the results, very pleased. We aren't even far behind Fiore! I had a small presence in whatsapp regarding the game, and bud tried to devalue the results by saying Materazzi looks funny.

My gf knows I have Internet buddies I talk about football with and she pretty much respects that my Saturday and Sunday nights are reserved for watching the games while reading and refreshing this thread.
A have a few American friends into the sport but not nearly as deeply though my closest friend who lives in NYC and I talk about football over iMessage every single day. All my English friends have insufferable opinions like this guy who doesn't seem to notice the trend he's established of saying "I like Walcott/Sterling/Chamberlain/Sturridge/any fast black English player because they've got that bit of a nasty streak in them". I have a few German friends - one is from Leverkusen and the other is a Schalke fan, and one Scottish guy who is an Arsenal fan but not delusional, and is really fun to talk to. Pretty nice variety of friends who are into football.
I've found Japanese guys tend to really like the sport but only casually support specific teams, instead they just really love the stoic, older figures who are once-in-a-generation heroes for their clubs, like Totti, Pirlo, Gerrard, Xavi, etc. Other Asians like Koreans, Taiwanese and Singaporeans just like Man U and that's that, case closed lol

the only area that remotely looks like the trailer is the Dragon Aerie, which is not a spoiler, it's the area with the bridge and all the dragons you seen in every trailer.

This is embarrassing and I'm not sure I want to say it, but my brother sometimes browses this site and told other members of my family :lol.
Specifically that I had made a thread that had garnered a lot of views. Now my mum keeps calling me a "dark horse" and says no one knows what I'm up to, and she's told her friends that I'm some sort of a blogger :loooool. They keep coming up to me and commending me for my 'achievement' and asking me if I'll blog craft fairs and all.
