Lionel Messi's son Thiago was born today. Him and Cristiano Jr (Ronaldo's son) were born 869 days apart. How many days older is Cristiano Ronaldo than Lionel Messi? 869 days.

Should probably not trust the 7-11 security cameras quite so much
Match tomorrow will be a 0-0 draw.

Arsenal have been linked with Schürrle & Holtby recently.

Holtby, I could see going to England, he's out of contract next summer and has an English father, he'll play there for sure one day.

Schürrle, if Leverkusen makes it to the CL this season, no way that Völler will let him go. If they don't they might let him go. I doubt he'd go to Arsenal, though.

Yeah, I could also have included Before The Devil Knows You're Dead, Talented Mr. Ripley, Happiness, Almost Famous... such a good actor.

Didn't like Doubt though, but he was good in it.

Oh please, like Casino Royale didn't nose dive the second
Le Chiffre died! Faffing about on a fucking beach and falling in love and hanging about at a posh hospital while that Swiss prick turns up and then the nonsense in Venice with Vesper drowning... nahhhh

But fuck Looper

Genuinely made me laugh out loud when I read that post. Just fucking glorious.
It did but Casino Royale was still better and more 'original'.

Fuck looper indeed

They'd both done next to fuck all when Arsenal bought them though; looked promising at Championship level. But Schurrle has scored at the Euros, both have played in the CL

To be fair I was replying to a post that Arsenal wouldn't spend money on upcoming talent. Arsene if anything is more likely to spend his money on that than anything.

Arsenal are likely to spend a bit more money in the coming years. They'll be £50m better off ever year from next year with the new TV rights deal and they're renewing their sponsorship deals too, so there's extra revenue there also.

Problem is, most of the clubs they're competing with, especially in England, also have a lot more money so today's £12m might be £20m next summer when everyone's a bit richer.

£25m a year is the rumoured deal with Adidas. Might not matter though if Arsenal don't get a Champion's League place.

What do you gunners think of Giroud? I see nothing when I have seen him but granted its only been 2 or 3.

On his best day in the Prem he's had Sturridge level of finishing. If he starts tomorrow, he'll have at least three or four real chances on goal and piss all of them away. He's clearly still finding himself at the club.

United rumoured to be buying two promising kids. Max Clayton and Joe Gomez. Anyone seen them play? They're supposed to be excellent.
