I meant that they have sold players who they brought in much cheaper and who produced much better for them, and sold them on for great money and who haven't recapture their RM form at their new clubs. It's a damn fine deal for them.
Hell, it's equivalent to the way Arsenal sold Petit and Overmars to Barca for tonnes and who then didn't really perform as well anymore.

I saw the leader of the Napoli ultras give the authorities a thumbs up before the decision to play the game was made.
And the whole reason for the delay in the first place was because the ultras were throwing flares onto the field, preventing the game from starting.

Some shitty games in that 09-10 season, the team was expected to challenge for the title again and any hope of that was essentially over by the end of September. The Hodgson era and the shenanigans surrounding the sale of the club was probably the nadir though.
