Arsenal's passing for the last 2 years has been up to their own previous standards. Gone are the days of Arsenal messing about on the edge of the opponents box trying to walk the ball in.
People need to understand that when payers get back from injuries, they never play as good as they once played because of the psychological and physical hurdle they have to put up with in order to regain that fitness. Some players take that time longer than others and Ramsey have certainly suffused from that hurdle longer than many players out there just because his injury was horrific.
Basically he became as good as he was before the injury.
