It wasn't even for a good movie. The Departed sucks. Scorsese has only ever done like two movies that are mindblowing-good. Goodfellas are alright, Casino is good. Taxi Driver is good.
Scorsese's legacy is all about Raging Bull.

Turned the controller off to force it to go to side selection thinking it may help but no. It doesn't.

It is one of those games that people who like it, really like it, to the point of idealisation.
If I've played it in a bubble I'm sure I would have loved it.
Well, there's some nice scenery in parts, and Scottish people can be simultaneously the nicest people and the biggest cunts. Friendly. Weather is terrible and, at least when I was there, a lot of youth violence.
It's not the worst place I've lived. It's fine.
