So Hernandez isn't in the plans but we have no fit strikers besides him and Rooney lol. Seems odd wanting to get rid of him in that situation. RVP unfit, Welbeck picked up a knock, no sight of Wilson.

This is horrid stuff from the fans. Seriously pathetic. Really feel for Fellaini doesn't deserve this type of dressing down from his own fans.

Are they boo'ing him?

Makes me cringe when fans do that to their own players.

Chygrinskiy looked shattered when the Camp Nou did it to him. Sad shit.

Fans booing Fellaini when he's on the ball?

That would be seriously classless.

He could still be at United for the season.

90% chance he stays at United, no one wants to pay a cent for his transfer when they know we want to offload him, hell teams don't even want to loan him out because of wages.

This was on another level

"Deep inside the stadium, the poor lad was in tears.

Outside, 60,000 were still chuckling to themselves as they made their way
home.

They were laughing at one man’s misery - the substitute who was substituted.

They had it in for Emmanuel Eboue from the 32nd minute, voicing their disapproval when Arsene Wenger sent him on to replace the injured Samir Nasri on Arsenal’s left.

That was the start and they were still on his back at the finish - screaming, snarling and snapping at one of their own as he set off for the safety of the dressing room.

Proud of yourselves, are you? You ought to be ashamed.

This is Modern Football Fan and their worrying ethos is: ‘We pay our money, mate, we can say what we like.’ Charming.

They got him in the end, turning him into a nervous wreck before they eventually broke his spirit.

The jeers and the abuse streaming from the stands when he was replaced by Mikael Silvestre for the four minutes of injury time was something else. It was poisonous.

Eboue was not even that bad. He is not a left midfielder by any stretch of the imagination but Wenger had seen something in his performance at Blackburn in September, when Arsenal won 4-0, to convince him that he could do a job.

That was a mistake and Wenger readily held his hands up, especially when Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere were haring up and down the touchline to remind Arsenal’s manager that they are orthodox midfielders.
The senior players were disgusted with the supporters, taking turns to console Eboue in the dressing room, but it will be a long time before he recovers from this savaging.

Kolo Toure said: ‘I was surprised by the abuse because normally our fans are really nice. I think the tension was high and maybe that’s why they went mad.

'Eboue is a great lad but sometimes when you come back from a six week injury, you cannot give 100 per cent. I hope next time the fans help him. That’s the only way to behave.’

Wenger intends to name Eboue in the squad for Wednesday’s Champions League clash with Porto, an act of defiance that Arsenal fans have become accustomed to in his 12 years in charge.

Wenger said: ‘You want the fans behind your team but we have to focus on the quality of our performance and accept the verdict of the crowd.’

Wigan were unlucky and Wenger knows it. Antonio Valencia impressed down Wigan’s right and the introduction of Amr Zaki as a 75th-minute substitute provided fresh impetus.

That is when Eboue got a hard time, failing to keep control of the ball or his emotions and allowing Arsenal’s fans to destroy him.

The result ended Wigan’s five-game mini-revival, which began with a 2-1 victory at Portsmouth on November 1.

The winner came from Emmanuel Adebayor, who steered a clever shot beyond Chris Kirkland.

Wigan’s trip to the Emirates, an improvement on the 3-0 defeat against Arsenal’s Carling Cup kids in mid-November, gave Steve Bruce the opportunity to bend Wenger’s ear about borrowing some of his players.

Bruce, who believes a price tag of up to £10million on striker Emile Heskey will be enough to keep him until the summer, can take his pick from Jay Simpson, Gavin Hoyte and Kieran Gibbs.

‘I’ve cadged off him in the past,’ admitted Bruce. ‘I nicked three off him at Birmingham. They were my best players and got me promoted. Maybe we could get Adebayor, Van Persie...’

Hold on, Steve, you missed one: Emmanuel Eboue.

Pretty sure there's plenty of players in such a situation that don't get booed. He doesn't deserve it, it's just not the right way to behave.

In other news, Microsoft might as well bury Xbox One in Europe.

90th minute goal for United.

How many times did it happen under Moyes?

Well done Fellaini. That will shut a few of them up.

Adnan looks so happy for Fellaini.

Our shirt isn't thatttt bad.

Not sure which one you're wearing (I assume the red one), but I actually think the white is quite sharp.

Shane Long is a solid player but £12m for him would be insane. The reality of it though is that they've got a lot of money to spend and if they feel like he's the right player, then they should spend what they need to get him.

Anyone ironically cheering Fellaini should have a baseball bat shoved up their arse

Anyone who did it then legitimately cheered his goal should have that baseball bat covered in razor blades and chilli sauce before hand

Get Rojo in.

Get Januzaj playing in the starting XI. Play him on the right wing and Young on the left.

Fellaini playing with Herrera if we dont make any more signings.
