I can't believe we let Liverpool score in the 96th minute. I fell asleep around the 80th minute, I really have to stop watching 1am games in bed, and then saw the score in the morning. Kinda half expected that to happen. Skertel be injured for six minutes and then scores the winning goal in extra time.
I know people were going on about how good Liverpool were, but I was really pleased with the organisation of the back four. It is just a shame that the two lapses in concentration led to goals.

I saw ADL's comments about Benitez today. I got to say, I think his tenure has been very disappointing so far. Sure they won the coppa, but I really expected them to challenge for the title last year ahead of Roma, and the lack of success in Europe is really baffling because that is what Rafa is good at.
Fellaini or Herrera better be fit for Newcastle, we are absolute shit when Rooney plays in midfield. Also no idea why Blackett got the nod ahead of McNair in that Villa game, just play McNair central and move Evans to the left. The arrival of the strootgod is coming, please get here soon January.

Went for a curry after the game, I'd had a bit of a dodgy stomach all day. Always felt like I was on the edge.
We were going for drinks after so I walked back to my flat to change out of my toon top, on the way I knew I was in trouble. Managed to get the key in the door before it all went off. Grim, but after the performance yesterday, oddly fitting.
