It's crap when you lose the conditioning so easilyI used to bang out 3 or 5 miles a day, now 1 mile gets me wheezing like a girl who just had her first deepthroat experience.

I'm doing a NHS thing, couch to 5k. For the first week you do eight one-minute walks with eight one and a half minute breaks in between.
You don't know how much I was praying for those breaks.
God knows what week two is. Even running for a minute kills me. #gordito2k15

I am really pissed off with myself. I had started the Nike marathon plan, but then December hit and I saw -10 every morning. I don't mind the cold, but fuck coming back from a run and having a cold shower.
I re did the plan and it will kick off tomorrow. Hopefully, I wake up. I haven't run in a month and it kicks off with a 6k tomorrow.
How long is a minute walk?

Blind, Falcao, Herrera and Rojo have all been pretty meh for me. Di Maria fantastic in certain games but really has his off-games as welltoo many for the amount Utd paid.
I think Shaw has been decent, just injuries interrupting his chance to break through.
Mata and Rooney have been the standout performers, I think Mata still qualifies as a recent signing.

This thread is always so extremely weird when football isn't the main topic....
I run/jog/intermittently walk 8k down along the esplanade every so often. I take my bus card, because I'm fucked if I'm going to come back under my own steam.
Knackering at the start. I tend to wear myself out over the first few k, spend the middle third recovering, and then strike an educated balance to finish.
Mad how envy at other people's running styles seeps in, though. I feel like Richard III compared to almost everyone else.

I find that just constant running and losing weight improves running styles. When I was at my lowest weight and running my fastest, my stride was so much longer and I was barely touching the ground. It is one of those things that you just improve and look better naturally the better you become.

As a Real fan, I rather see Neuer win it.
Messi has pretty much nullified the edge Ronaldo had in recent times, so in my eyes, they've been both equally shit and equally great. Neuer's the only one that's been consistent, not to mention the WC under his belt.
Completely agree, but this is sadly no voting who was the best but who is the best known.
