I think most Arsenal fans have accepted that Sagna will leave. He's not playing very well and he's at the age where Wenger starts getting stingy with contracts.

Bacary Sagna is not a case like Van Persie or Nasri, he looks to more like an Henry or Viera. A player who is just past his best and will go on a rapid downward spiral once he leaves. Doubtless Arsenal will wish they could have got some money for him but its certainly not going to be a big blow.

Just done my good deed for the day. A lady at the petrol station didn't know how to put washer fluid in her car so she asked me to do it haha.

Did you spread the word to her of the good work that our Lord Manchester City Football Club is doing in the community? Was she advised on the wide-ranging benefits that the new Manchester City Football Club Academy campus will bring?

On 20 October 2011, it was announced that he had signed a one-year contract with A-League club Newcastle United Jets marking his return to the club after having previously played for the club during the 2010–11 A-League season. Jeffers scored 4 goals in 25 games for the A-league club. Subsequently, Newcastle Jets decided not to renew Jeffers' contract making him a free agent. During his second spell with the club, Jeffers struggled to cope with the Australian diet and on the advice of the club doctor he became a vegetarian.

Oh my. Had a terrifying dream that I just woke up from. Was on an airplane it crashed, I survived with 3 other people and thats not even the scariest part....

If Carragher ends up on MotD or Sky I will cry.

I'm sure I could find someone hockling on Youtube to give me anything he could.

I´m sorry guys.

Carragher is generally knowledgeable about football unlike the vast majority of pundits and former players. Neville certainly had his share of garbage pronouncements as a player, though of course United fans wouldn't see it that way, in the same way Liverpool fans see Carragher as entirely sensible and assured.

Think he'll stick to coaching anyway, as Fry mentioned the biggest barrier to him being on TV is his thick scouse accent and I reckon that will lead him to avoid punditry.

Seems to be seriously out of favour at the moment. Wouldn't surprise me to see him gone in the summer if he doesn't sort his shit out.

Out of favour? Rodgers has frequently shown the conviction to drop 'first XI' players if they are out of form, but after a few weeks on the sidelines they are returned to the first team. Skrtel is as much out of favour as Joe Allen. A poor performance by Carra or Agger and Skrtel will retake his place once again, same as Allen will eventually get his opportunity ahead of Hendo or Lucas once more. For me Skrtel has been no worse than Agger this season, which is to say they've both been disappointing (Steve Clarke effect?). Besides, Rodgers is unlikely to want to so dramatically shake up the defence as to have 3 out of 4 depart.
