I tried to resize it with OS X preview but it comes out blurry like it is bad jpeg.

I think you need to be specific on what you want out of those pictures. To be honest if you want the whole screen it's going to look like poop that way.

Okay, I have a request! I know it sounds weird, since I've made avatars for people before, but I've been having troubles.

Could I get these two made into transparent avatars? I haven't been able to crop the backgrounds using my current method, it ends up transparent-ing parts of clothes/skin/etc.
