Cropping the sides, maybe eliminating the close up? Whatever you can to get it to 90x120 and of course under the 150kb limit. Would be great.

Not sure yet if I want to use it as an avatar, but an avatar sized one would be very much appreciated, as well as a more regular sized normal gif one.

You only have to apply two rules:BladeoftheImmortal said:
1: File size is 150kB or less (that's 153,600 bytes at most)
2: The aspect ratio (width divided by height) is 0.75 or greater. Another way of saying this is that after you scale the image to 90 width, the height scaled by the same factor is less than 120.
Follow those two rules, and you have a compliant avatar (provided its not offensive, etc.).
