I'd love an avatar of the blue kid from segment 1. I'm not sure whether I'd prefer one with the whole body or the close up of the face. :lol

Also segment 10 (starting @1:55) with the cutaway.

Segment 14 starting at 2:30 I'd love the guy on the right.

Or alternatively could someone just do segment 1 with three different avatars. One with the blue kid, one with the close up of the Blue Kid, and if possible the kid and the ice cream truck chasing him?

I know this is a lot to ask (so really big thanks in advance). I think I'm going to have a new rotating avatar with just these. :lol

Hate to bug you Sykoex and thanks for the Av but I had a great idea. Think you could take the part from 2:09 in that video, the little strut walk and make it a gif with "Haters gonna hate" captioning on it? Not a avatar, just a gif.

This is about 20kb over...I could delete a few frames, but maybe someone else can continue where I left off. I can't edit colors for some reason in my gimp, which is really pissing me off.

I dropped two of the frames from the end, but did the rest by finally discovering how to drop colours in Gimp. To do so (as it will help with your other job above), first convert the image back to RGB (which you should do with any GIF image you are going to modify), then just before optimising the animation for GIF, convert back to indexed colours (Image...Mode...Indexed) and manually specify the number of colours to use.

The version I made is with 24 colours and still seems to have most of the info. You could save more frames by reducing further.

Oh, and on your other one for the Real Life guy, did you accidentally stretch him vertically? His aspect ratio looks way off.

Oh yeah I altered the aspect ratio I shitload to get it to 90 x 120. Thanks a bunch for mine though, am re-hosting right now.

You really shouldn't do that. Just make it 90 wide and leave it at whatever height it ends up as, as long as the height is less than or equal to 120.

Yes, I should have noticed. I assumed he learnt his lesson from a few days ago when he made the same mistake, and I didn't bother checking this time as he was only complaining about the file size.

What would be a lot easier is if you found a picture of a cat you liked looking forward, and then we could just add the glasses to that cat.

I think I might need to leave the background removal to somebody more skilled than myself (or with better tools). This is the best I could muster:

Its fur is just too fluffy and the background too similar to easily pick it out.
