Okay, I've found it. I would love a looping gif of the shot from from 6m38s through to 6:42 seconds (before the canisters start sailing into the frame). Obviously if you can get a clean loop it would be excellent.

You can use photoshop's save for web option to select different bit gifs, and then the quality is completely adjustable until you hit the mark.

I just use GIMP. Remove frames, lower colors, and optimize for repetitive pixels until you get it under 150kb.

Weekend, what are you using to download youtube videos so I can help take some of this load off you?

I don't download them, I use screen capturing software ('Capture Me' is the best I've found so far, it's free and works on Macs). That creates a quicktime movie, and then I use 'GraphicConverter' (also free) to convert that into a animated GIF. Then I use GIMP to make the final modifications like cropping, deleting frames, reducing colors, etc, in order to get it under 150kb.

You'll need to be more specific about what you think looks awesome in your head, there's a lot going on there and I don't really know what you want.
