I couldn't find sprite exactly like that one. I could find Super Sonic, but not the same frame.

Thought I would give it a go cause I'm bored.

Taken from a sprite sheet but the colours are different and I have no idea if they are more accurate or not. The only difference between the two is how they were resized, the one on the right has slightly blurred edges which you might prefer.

These two are your original avatar but with the outer jpg artefacts removed. It keeps your colours but the artefacts on sonic himself remain.
