I think (sorry forgot his name) this is the demo for Every Extend.
From the maker of Lumines and soon in Japan on PsP

I hated the Meteos demo but liked Meteos

I don't think these demos are a good indication of the final product.

This isn't a demo, but the original game that E3 is based on. This is kind of old too... was already out when E3 was announced.

For what it is, though, it's pretty neat. There's actually a bit of strategy required in order to get really good scores.

The TGS demo showed a lot of progress on what this demo played with but didn't go very far with. I'm eager to see how this game ends up when it's a fully-fleshed PSP game.

Yeah, just for the sake of saying it again, this is the original game. Q didn't come up with the concept.

And yeah, I love it. I'll be much more eager to purchase this than Lumines.
