Cat has fallen asleep on me.

Might as well rewatch Dune rather than move the cat.

I am feeling better after a heat soak. I'll need to remember this next time I get a flair up.

Think it's a pinched nerve in my neck that gets aggravated from time to time. Causes pain down my back and shoulders.

My guess it's was the yard work on Saturday that did it.

Just my luck that I get to do more yard work today and go grocery shopping.
 
If it doesn't go away try dry needling. It'll be gone in a day or 2/3.

I've tried it. Went once a week for 3 months last year. As a result of that I have no desire to ever experience dry needling again. I also learned It also doesn't help with my issue.

Heat, stretching and massage has been what's working for me most of the time.
 
So I need to survive one week without food

It's not my choice but rather a financial situation. I'm 2 days in and I already feel terrible. Usually I would go to friends/family but that's not a option unfortunately. I already sold most of my gaming stuff etc.

Anyone got tips (or maybe someone is willing to help?)?

It's like sucking back a raw egg white. Protein-wise and the other was too.

Zinc content is pretty high too if you have a sore throat and don't have a lozenge.
