Funniest scene in cinematic history

I think the Big Lebowski just might have it.

After the "mystery" going absolutely nowhere, the Dude finally has a lead. Producer Jackie Treehorn scribbles a note from a phone conversation and steps out for a moment. In what is pretty much his only real detective work in the movie, the Dude bolts up to try to see what he wrote.

The first time I saw it, I had to pause the movie, because I was laughing too hard to know what was happening. (NSFW)

The same thing happened to me during Julianne Moore's "It increases the chance of conception" line and the Dude's reaction.

This movie is simply amazing.

Not the funniest scene in film history, but seth rogen taking on an entire police unit with just a night stick in Observe and Report. Love that movie.

Not going to lie. And I know this is going to sound heartless. But this scene was so cheesy, so melodramatic and so dumb, that it was the hardest I ever laughed at a movie ever.

Shawshank Redemption -
Part where the librarian guy hangs himself

Eh, it was a set up shot for later, contrasting the two releases of librarian guy and Red.

The part in Ace Ventura where he gets shot with the tranq darts. And the part with the spears in his legs.

I'm dying just thinking about that haha.

Also - the brick throwing part in Home Alone 2. Fucking legendary.

The phone call in Dr. Strangelove.

Pulp Fiction, Willis and the other dude trapped. Though I was never sure whether it was supposed to be hilarious, I was in tears the first two or three times I've seen it.

Old school. IF YOU TELL ANYBODY ABOUT THIS ILL FUCKING KILL YOU. I'm just kidding we'll have him home by midnight.

Nat lampoons Xmas vacation. What are YOU looking at.

Ace Ventura 2. Its in the bone! Its in the bone.

Home alone 2. After paint falls on marvs face he grabs a sink and gets electrocuted. His scream and then skeleton face made me laugh to no end as a kid.

Hot Rod. Falling down the mountain makes me giggle.

The bit in Planes, Trains, and Automobiles when they are driving down the road singing their hearts out after the car has been lit on fire.

Knocked Up: Breakfast scene (where do babies come from?) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fsaidN93VnA

Not one mention of My Cousin Vinny!? The whole movie is brilliant! I can't find any decent clips of it, but the Hunting scene, the "Two Yutes" scene, the biological clock scene, "one day you might have to say thank you"!?!?!

COME ON!

Biological Clock Shit quality, but Marisa Tomei just kills it in every scene in this movie.
Imagine You're a Deer... Even worse quality, but this is easily one of the best monologues in cinema history.

If I was going to pick a Strangelove scene, I'd pick "Mein fuhrer, I can walk", which is a truly stunning piece of physical comedy on Sellers' part.

Yep, love that scene as well
though there isn't one scene in the movie that I don't love
. It's too hard for me to pick one from the movie, haha, so I just went the other Peter Sellers one. I almost feel bad for only posting one!
