You all know Creepy GAF, it comes in many shapes and forms. Some are friendly and approachable; some may not even know they are a member of Creepy GAF. But they all share the same traits, the ability to repulse people- to make their skin crawl. What was once a myth and a legend of OT has now turned it in to a barren wasteland. The mods tried to quarantine it, they tried to lock it away in Community. Now they looking for pastures green to infect they have slowly infested, like a bad cold, and slithered its way in to Gaming.
You see them as you flick through the pickup thread: their disgusting figurines making threads, without warning, suddenly not safe for anyone. Unnecessary pictures of female protagonists strung up in BSDM positions. Using the power of the infected GAF hive mind, the inner circle among them began work on a new type of creeper. Today they unleash their abomination upon the world of DoTA2.
Hero Story:
Born of OT and raised in a basement Cee Yoo Pee was a creature not even Pony GAF could tolerate. The fabled battle between it and evilore go down in the annals of history. It took a ban hammer forged using the rage and fury of 1000 DoTA, HoN and LoL players. Disgraced and perma banned it left GAF seeking revenge on those which had harmed it. Knowing it could not destroy GAF alone it and having no friends to call on. It seeks to forge an anti-hammer capable of repelling evilore and finally getting its revenge. Having already dominated HoN & LoL its final step is to control DoTA then punish the oppressors.

gamer gaf-man opens the gaming section of gaf. He starts by looking at the latest news. Whenever he finds good news, he becomes excited for a period of time. Additionally, he will store this piece news into his computer. However, if a bad news hits him then he rages and proceeds to create havoc.
What the skill actually does: Looks for the closest and visible enemy hero around x range. If he finds one, he compares his gold with the enemy's gold. If his gold is higher than the enemy's then his attacks and movement speed are increased for a period of time. Additionally he steals gold per second during this period of time.
However, if the enemy's gold is higher than his then he takes additional damage and loses gold for a period of time. Lastly, he will send a nuke damaging everything around it.

The Red Gaffer also known as the mods and admins to the people of NeoGaf, it is the one hero that all other heroes respect. They remain cautiously and realize no matter how much they think their trust level or how much of a friendship the other heroes think they might have developed with the red gaffer one cannot ever be sure on which side he'll strike. One minute he's your friend the next he's annoyed and taking his frustration out on you. Few have dared to stand up to the red gaffer but this has only resulted in their extermination from the city of Gaf.

General
The Red Gaffer is a rage based character, however unlike other rage mechanics in other games the rage bar starts off green and progresses to yellow and then finally red. When the rage bar is green the red gaffer's abilities are primarily support and healing. When the bar is yellow the red gaffer's abilities change from healing and support to damage and support. When the red gaffer's abilities turn red all hell breaks loose and he begins a DPSing angry machine. Watch out. He won't stop until at least one hero is dead. As he uses skils his rage depletes, the healing and support moves slowly grow and he automatically regenerates rage when idle but at a very slow rate.

The general red gaffers main weapon of choice is the hammer. The way he uses his hammer to attack varies depending on when rage color he is in. When it green he is a melee hero using the hammer to claw his enemies down. When yellow he is a ranged hero throwing his hammer at anyone who defies him. When he is red his moves are both melee and ranged shooting mini hammers while he swings his main hammer on his enemy.

It shouldn't have surprised him, though ; he had been investigating a case of a mythical battle between good and evil, eternally retold, and was told by his boss to drop it and that he was a lunatic. Only, he was right, and his persistance led to this kidnapping.
He didn't care one bit about all the Radiant or Dire mumbo jumbo ; all that mattered was the clue of an informant, telling him that his children were to be sacrifices to the Great Old God if the Dire succeeded. Without second thought, he kissed his wife, picked up his trusty box of tools and went to get back his children so that one day, he can go back home and be a family man again.

Detective Gafstan is one of the best in his business. Countless years and adventures has made him quite an expert at finding things that would have stayed hidden otherwise.
When activated, grants Detective Gafstan stealth (with 3 second fadetime) for 10/20/30/40 seconds, increased movement speed (3/6/9/12 %) and gains truesight. Target enemy unit is revealed and has truesight around him, revealing invisible enemy units.

The Long Arm of the Law moves with 300/425/550 movement speed and gains 20/40/60 movement speed per second while moving in revealed territory. Lose 35/70/105 movement speed by second when moving through non-revealed territory. The Long Arm of the Law disappears if its movement speed reaches 0.
On contact with enemy hero unit, deals 300/450/600 damage to it, apply a 15/20/25 % movement speed debuff and reveals it for 10/15/20 seconds on the minimap.
