Lore:

You all know Creepy GAF, it comes in many shapes and forms. Some are friendly and approachable; some may not even know they are a member of Creepy GAF. But they all share the same traits, the ability to repulse people- to make their skin crawl. What was once a myth and a legend of OT has now turned it in to a barren wasteland. The mods tried to quarantine it, they tried to lock it away in Community. Now they looking for pastures green to infect they have slowly infested, like a bad cold, and slithered it’s way in to Gaming.
You see them as you flick through the pickup thread: their disgusting figurines making threads, without warning, suddenly not safe for anyone. Unnecessary pictures of female protagonists strung up in BSDM positions. Using the power of the infected GAF hive mind, the inner circle among them began work on a new type of creeper. Today they unleash their abomination upon the world of DoTA2.

Hero Story:

Born of OT and raised in a basement Cee Yoo Pee was a creature not even Pony GAF could tolerate. The fabled battle between it and evilore go down in the annals of history. It took a ban hammer forged using the rage and fury of 1000 DoTA, HoN and LoL players. Disgraced and perma banned it left GAF seeking revenge on those which had harmed it. Knowing it could not destroy GAF alone it and having no friends to call on. It seeks to forge an anti-hammer capable of repelling evilore and finally getting it’s revenge. Having already dominated HoN & LoL it’s final step is to control DoTA then punish the oppressors.

gamer gaf-man opens the gaming section of gaf. He starts by looking at the latest news. Whenever he finds good news, he becomes excited for a period of time. Additionally, he will store this piece news into his computer. However, if a bad news hits him then he rages and proceeds to create havoc.

What the skill actually does: Looks for the closest and visible enemy hero around x range. If he finds one, he compares his gold with the enemy's gold. If his gold is higher than the enemy's then his attacks and movement speed are increased for a period of time. Additionally he steals gold per second during this period of time.
However, if the enemy's gold is higher than his then he takes additional damage and loses gold for a period of time. Lastly, he will send a nuke damaging everything around it.

After a period of time, he can buy games again (has not killed anything).

The Red Gaffer also known as the mods and admins to the people of NeoGaf, it is the one hero that all other heroes respect. They remain cautiously and realize no matter how much they think their trust level or how much of a friendship the other heroes think they might have developed with the red gaffer one cannot ever be sure on which side he'll strike. One minute he's your friend the next he's annoyed and taking his frustration out on you. Few have dared to stand up to the red gaffer but this has only resulted in their extermination from the city of Gaf.

General
The Red Gaffer is a rage based character, however unlike other rage mechanics in other games the rage bar starts off green and progresses to yellow and then finally red. When the rage bar is green the red gaffer's abilities are primarily support and healing. When the bar is yellow the red gaffer's abilities change from healing and support to damage and support. When the red gaffer's abilities turn red all hell breaks loose and he begins a DPSing angry machine. Watch out. He won't stop until at least one hero is dead. As he uses skils his rage depletes, the healing and support moves slowly grow and he automatically regenerates rage when idle but at a very slow rate.
Rage: 0-200 (Green) 200-400(Yellow) 400-2000 (Red)

General Attack:
The general red gaffers main weapon of choice is the hammer. The way he uses his hammer to attack varies depending on when rage color he is in. When it green he is a melee hero using the hammer to claw his enemies down. When yellow he is a ranged hero throwing his hammer at anyone who defies him. When he is red his moves are both melee and ranged shooting mini hammers while he swings his main hammer on his enemy.

Lore: A loving father in a family of 5, Gustav Gafstan was troubled when his two sons and his little girl went missing one day. It shouldn't have surprised him, though ; he had been investigating a case of a mythical battle between good and evil, eternally retold, and was told by his boss to drop it and that he was a lunatic. Only, he was right, and his persistance led to this kidnapping.

He didn't care one bit about all the Radiant or Dire mumbo jumbo ; all that mattered was the clue of an informant, telling him that his children were to be sacrifices to the Great Old God if the Dire succeeded. Without second thought, he kissed his wife, picked up his trusty box of tools and went to get back his children so that one day, he can go back home and be a family man again.

Reveals the map for 1/2/3 seconds. Detective Gafstan unleash a Long Arm of the Law for each enemy hero revealed that way, each heading toward one.

The Long Arm of the Law moves with 300/425/550 movement speed and gains 20/40/60 movement speed per second while moving in revealed territory. Lose 35/70/105 movement speed by second when moving through non-revealed territory. The Long Arm of the Law disappears if its movement speed reaches 0.

On contact with enemy hero unit, deals 300/450/600 damage to it, apply a 15/20/25 % movement speed debuff and reveals it for 10/15/20 seconds on the minimap.

- Drag "FemiNazi" Ona is a human female, woman's right activist. She was dethroned from her position of power and she's back to take her revenge on male heroes.
All of Feminazi's skill are intended to be used on male heroes, all damage caused by her skills will be scaled down to 75% effectiveness on female heroes.

Ranged - Her attack animation will consist of her throwing stretch arm strong dolls. Because they can stretch into next week.

Hero Back story:In a forgotten thread this hero was born. An event, so crazy, that it ripped a hole in time itself. Bringing forth The Wollans, the Rainbow Wire frame gang. They fight for the Radiant, but party with the Dire.

Primary Role:Ganker

Hero Roles: From the shadows the Wollans spring forth. Depending on the role the Wollans take, they can either slow, mana burn, or damage. Once the wollans are on an enemy hero, that hero is silenced for the duration of the skill. With his invisibility, he can stalk his prey easily. For his Ultimate, he gains a new Wollan at every level.

The Wollans spring into action, pouncing on and silencing enemy hero, depending on what Wollan is activated, does a slow, Mana burn, or damage over time. Blue Wollan burns 50/75/100/125 mana a second. Yellow Wollan is the only Wollan that can target a friendly hero. Still under development and will be released incomplete. However, what is currently known is that Dyack does not have any melee capabilities and is limited to skills. He is a woefully incomplete character, imbalanced (his skills actually do not require mana at all, either due to oversight or a potential friendship with Gabe Newell), and not very fun to play as. However, he is also the last character to be completed and was rushed out, without actually being rushed out. His character model is woefully incomplete and looks like it was done in twenty minutes in photoshop.

Meltdown

Unable to handle criticism at completely sucking at gaming, Denis Dyack goes into meltdown mode, destroying himself (along with his credibility) and damaging any unlucky souls within 20m of him. Instant with a fifty minute cool down and a 25% chance of being booted from the game (PERMANENTLY).

Litigation Strike
Looking for someone to blame for his shortcomings, Denis Dyack will latch onto nearby enemies. Any enemies caught in the strike will have a 7% chance of losing all their gold to Dyack. The roll is based on how often the enemy has killed Denis Dyack. Instant with a twenty minute cool down.

Twin Snake Bolt
The only good attack that Denis Dyack can perform with 100% certainty, it is a minor enhancement of a skill from Kojimonster's skillset. It doesn't do as much damage but is more visually flashy (with choreography from Ryuhei Kitamura!). Instant with a two minute cool down.

Canadian Money Storm
Denis Dyack gains three million gold due to the good graces of the Canadian government. Can only be activated with a 0.0000000000005 K/D ratio. It is a complete game breaker and it is currently unknown how the Dyack can get this much cash. However, he gets the cash nonetheless and will continue to suck. Instant with a thirty second cool down.

Once a man who abandoned demon worship to devout himself to the very essence of fire itself, Fagoen was cursed by those he turned away from and permanently merged with a fire elemental. Now, as years of this unholy union purged his mind, rationality, and even his gender, he walks this earth as a perverse, androgynous union of two separate beings. Filled with nothing but contempt, confusion, and deafening chaos, his fiery side is forever attracting unsavory energies to sustain itself, while his corrupted and perpetually melting human side struggles in an eternal, futile attempt to break free.
Some say that if you looked into its eyes, you can see red demons dancing and laughing at its misery. No one knows if they’re the puppet masters of this disgusting abomination or if they’re the former essence of his long lost humanity, cruelly reflecting its existence that should not be.

Ability 1 – Unsavory Banishment
A being that attracts so much unsavory energy as Fagoen must routinely eject the most disgusting of its impurities, lest it self-destructs. Fagoen expels this corrupt energy around him, damaging all enemies caught in its range. The corrupt energy taints and disrupts, and can even manifest itself as a twisted simulacrum of Fagoen.

Enemies damaged by Unsavory Banishment are instantly damaged for 100/200/300/400 damage. There is a 20% chance that any enemy being hit by Banishment causes a corrupted visage of Fagoen to appear next to him, which attacks for 15/20/25/30 damage/sec. Visage is immune to spells, and disappears after being attacked three times regardless of damage.

Ability 2 – Despicable Aura
Fagoen is capable of projecting thoughts and energies so despicable that his enemies find it hard to focus on anything but destroying him while in his presence. This is so pervasive that even enemies who are not aware of his presence finds themselves drawn to him to exact punishment.

Fagoen channels for 3/4/5/6 seconds, causing all enemies in range regardless of visibility to lose control and attacks him directly. Enemies are hurt for for 10/15/20/30 damage/sec. Channeling is not broken unless Fagoen is stunned/killed.

Ability 3 – Perverse violation
Fagoen’s unholy union should never have been, and as a result only the most perverse and destructive tendencies fill him.

Fagoen rushes forward and immobilizes the first enemy he hits and generates smoke cloud around him causing them to be immune to spells and attacks. Channeling lasts for 2 seconds, and damages enemy for 100/150/200/250 damage/sec. This ability inflicts double damage to female heroes.

Ability 4 – Expel, Eradicate, Expire
Every so often, Fagoen’s fiery side overcomes his entire being. His fate becomes sealed and his body can lose all control. He will eventually self-destruct, only to be reborn from his ashes to continue his suffering anew.

Schadenfreed - Passive. Gafricanus capitalizes on the suffering of others to augment his own zeal. He receives a boost to his movement speed and attack speed for a short time when he deals damage, stacking with each hit. Will reduce the length of Damage Over Time effects suffered with each hit.

Strawman [R] (Ultimate) - Gafricanus transforms into an image of the target hero, and creates two additional images nearby (complete with that hero’s skills on the current image). All three images will have the same team appearance as the original target hero, stirring confusion and chaos if the enemy team loses track of who’s who. If killed while Strawman is active, he will jump into the nearest available image. When the spell expires, he will resume his standard form at the position of the image he last inhabited.

Megatons is a behemoth from beyond who harnesses the powers of hype and enormous tentacles to seduce, distract, and then annihilate his foes with impressive dancing and wrestling skills. Using Hype Daze in tandem with other skills can lead to devastating combos, causing massive damage and leaving enemy heroes open to further decimation from your allies. Finding the key moment in a team fight to unleash a Hype Daze / Megaton combo can mean the difference between a decisive victory and bitter defeat.

Background Story:

patriotically clad in a suit of armor comprised of repurposed console parts. He effortlessly hefts his thick armor and arsenal of weaponry

thanks to his enormous girth and training sessions repeatedly lifting giant-sized foodstuffs. Dumptruck relishes inane verbal combat, and is

eager unleash his rage in comparable fashion on the battlefield with his complement of a healthy stock of burritos, nubby mace and spiked

nunchakus.

virulent gas, slowing the movement of all caught in its stench for 3 seconds. He then rockets into the air with the power of over 9,000

burritos, decimating his foes for 200 / 300 / 400 damage after a 3 second countdown.

I've been a lurker for 2 years, and I've seen all the things described. Damn, even I was there lurking when the dudebro project started (at page 1!). A shame I didnt see the contest, I would have done an entry for sure (but I would not have win a key, many great entries)
