I'm trying to make a copy of a DVD-R actually It's a video of a musical. At first I thought it was two VCDs cause why would they need two discs to contain a 2 hour show but sure enough when I looked at the contents I saw VOB files. I opened up my trusty DVDShrink to rip the files off to make a few copies (they guy that recorded it gave me the discs) and it locked up DVDShrink. What else can I use? I went to the DVDShrink website and it's been taken down.

Any clues? This is NOT MPAA material

Try ripping it to your HD using DVD Decrypter, then try opening the files using DVD Shrink again. For what it does, I don't think there is a better program than DVD Shrink, although I think Decrypter does a better job of actually ripping DVDs.
