I preferred "Can't Get Enough" but look like the dude does have some mainstream viability after all.

I was dead wrong about that song. I really thought it was a bad single but it did the trick, late too.

Although I hope it doesn't validate Cole so much that he decides to simply not work with big producers, have people sing his hooks, etc. Dude needs better beats

Enjoyed the Let's Roll video. I really think that song will catch on big, lord knows Yela needs it. Like Siddx said though, took him fucking long enough.

I know this is some nerdy ass technical MC shit, but I bet Yelawolf can count syllables like a muthafucka.

I can just picture him writing down some lyrics thinking "fuck, I need a word with 2 less syllables for this line to fit! When I find one, this shit's gonna be dope"

Also, video made me want to listen to Ugly again

Setbacks is really inconsistent, IMO. His features and recent singles have been much better.

I disagree. Oddly enough, I'm not a huge fan of his feature work at all. New stuff is good, doesn't hold a candle to the best on Setbacks though.

And I thought Q released Setbacks for free after a while, or at least I remember HRD mentioning that.

Really? Is it any good? I was looking at it on itunes and its only 6$. Yes I only usually use itunes for music, DONT HATE ME :(

Alright, I am gonna wait on it then.

Its worth a listen, but if you were impressed with his recent output, you will find Setbacks a bit disappointing.

I'm up to track seven, but I can already safely say this shit is pretty dope.

i'm relistining to Hell Hath No Fury..Pusha T is a genius man. Like, seriously, the man is a lyrical genius.

Rugers spare I drapes, baking pies, baking cake
Hustlin them C's and them E's and them H
While you prolly talkin' frantic on the tape
N*ggas in the hood aint tryin to hear 'man that was a mistake
They call you a bitch, not a bandit at your wake.
Epitaph readin how much damage you could take.

Pure awesome.

Sorry heavenly father, once again I hate to bother
It's P the evil creeper sent some to the grim reaper

Give a little - take a little, ma check the dealy
Most niggas is will-not's, your dealing with a willy
3-D faces on them crystal billi's
Got benji lookin all googley-eyed and silly

Effortless

I listen to the beat, and the rhyme is wrote
See, I was 16, eyes full of hope
Bagging up grams at the higher dose
The news called it crack, I called it Diet Coke (Ohhh!)

on point.

At the same time, hiding from mama, dodging the drama
Fuckin plenty bitches while ducking the baby mama
I found poetry, excuse me, Floetry
"Say yes!" n*ggaz hear the "Yucks!" and they know its me
At the same time, hiding from mama, dodging the drama
Fuckin plenty bitches while ducking the baby mama
I found poetry, excuse me, +Floetry+
"Say yes!" n*ggaz hear the "Eghck!" and they know its me

yep.

Times-a-wasting, n*ggaz doin so much hatin
Free ya heart, and show ya greatness
I, like you, had to come from up under the basement
Just like you, had Satan tryin my patience

Definitely makes me want to have my crack game on point.

The man is a genius. And that's just from the Hell Hath no Fury album.
