Been bumping a lot of ASAP since my dude who's staying for a couple weeks hadn't heard him. It stuck. He's a 90's rap guy too. Wasn't very happy when I explained the current rap game. I guess we'll always have Danny Brown and fond memories of TDE (no one comes back from Interscope alive, ask 2Pac and Yelawolf...NO ONE).

SGP vs ASAP... I dunno. First instinct is to side with Purp since the evidence is there for the viewing, but ASAP's big ass ego is half the appeal, so I dunno. Hope they work it out and make wonderful creepy swag music again someday. That's about all I can say about that.

King Tee is so goddamn underrated. There'd be no biggie without King Tee.

And yeah, I guess on further listens the new 50 is about on par with big 10 for me. I'm tired of all these half album half mixtapes though, just release a full album already.

Time to listen to IV Life and Thy Kingdom Come

It's a shame about TKC, you can hear spots where it was coming together to be a great album, but it's like Dre just gave up halfway through and let the album fall apart.

One of the easiest ways to cut weight is to cut out most sugar. I have most of these tracks, or you've linked me before.

Also Untouchables is good, and not because of a fucking Tupac feature.

Only thing I can't figure is where the weight is going to come off.... no real gut to speak of, afraid the only thing I've got to burn 20lbs of is muscle. At most I could shed 5 maybe 10lbs of fat. After that, I dunno. I'm 6'6 250. Just athletic build. Single chin, flat stomach, I dunno. They want me at 230lbs.

Your BF% is probably a lot higher than you think it is. Do you have a visible outline for a six pack or cuts? Then youre probably floating around a lot higher than you think.

If you're even close to 14%, try intermittent fasting. I like Leangains myself.

Either way you're joining the military so you definitely wanna get your cardio raised and your muscle endurance high. Learn to crank out high reps of pushups, bodyweight squats, pullups. I dont know about the current US military training but from what ive seen of my military friends they test and train for endurance.

I used to be anticipating GFID more than any album outside of Life Is Good. After a host of failed singles...eh. I think he wasted too much heat on the mixtape, and that's something that is a general habit with him. He didn't even want BMF on Teflon Don, Diddy had to beg him to put it on there. I like the idea of testing out singles/songs by releasing them on mixtapes (Meek with Amen, for instance) but when you're wasting all your heat for free there's a problem.

Shit, imagine if GFID's street single was Fuck Em. Just change the name for radio: Buck Em. Take Wale off the song, add Wayne. Boom, Rozay Wayne 2 Chainz big single. Triple Beam Dreams is another dope song that should have been on an album. Nas is hot right now, it would have made perfect sense.

If he wanted to make Deeper Than Rap 2 he'd be jacking the laid back beats Stalley raps over. GFID seems like it's just going to be him re-creating aspects of Teflon Don to diminishing returns. The BMF-like banger, the Aston Martin rehash, another Maybach, etc.

I think that's by far the worst thing we've heard so far, the Wineouse and Mary J. tracks were nicer than I expected, not feeling that track at all, few really corny lines in there, still think the album will be mostly decent.

Yo Kams if you need caffiene just drink black coffee instead of that frappe. From what I gathered working with my dad, everyone in the Navy drinks coffee so black it could peel paint off the walls.

Shit will wake you up though. And it's not bad for you.
