It's got to be his. I haven't seen anyone else notable use a style similar except maybe some of Ed Templeton's stuff but aside from his own Toy Machine brand, he doesn't seem to work commercially.
Nah, he is much more Drake than Sean. I dont fuck with Sean, but I like Drake/Rockie. His beat selection is ace, and I am glad Ross didnt force him to change.

Rockie isn't completely there yet, but you can tell he's developing as an artist and honing his sound slowly into something unique. And that Ross is helping him a lot.
