There was some dope songs in the game.
All the 80's shit and 90's shit in the other games just helped with the overall themes I guess.
Not saying the GTA4 OST was bad really, just compared to the others it felt like it was lacking.

I miss out on these DBZ references. Watched the show a few times as a kid, but only when I was at my grandma's house; my house didn't have cable. The regular Dragon Ball came on UPN tho, so I watched a bit of it.
BTW I finished my first anime a couple days ago: Berserk. Shit was awesome but that ending tho...sigh. It definitely explained my earliest complaint about the series: how the "good guys" were utterly invincible and nobody ever seemed to threatened by death.
Too bad there is no second season or whatever. Not sure I'm bout that life enough to read manga. Nerdy shit...

I can listen to that whole album over and over, whole thing is timeless.
It really was the perfect storm of the right people in the studio at the right time.

a) story gets so raw inna anime tho, and despite the recent OAV's we prolly aint seeing the next arc otherwise, i know it sucks but make peace with it and get on the book man

I never watched much of the anime, but it basically stretched out too long and Ippo's character development is terrible. Now it feels like the author let it go on too long and too slow, so he's trying to level guy up really fast after (seriously) 200-300 chapters of treading water. It's a legendary series, but when all is said and done it'll never be good because it failed to be concise like most comics always do. it's understandable though... after all, if these dudes aren't syndicated they aren't eating, so you almost expect them to fuck their shyt up.
