Yeah, and while I agree, I think others are more deserving. Plus, that Jhene Aiko track was solid.

Edit: Ah, I forgot about his twitter fuckery. God, Ab really doesnt know his place in that group.

Didn't his girlfriend died? Or it was an extremely close member of the group? Either way, must have been a tough loss.

Also, dude doesn't get a loss because all the attention was around Q's album anyways. Q should take a bigger L for not releasing it this year and Rock should have dropped an EP/mixtape this year so he gets a partial L.

Chance had one incredible meteoric rise to the top. He went from unknown dude with a weird voice to being on a justin beiber track, all in the same year....WTF?

Didn't that girl die even before Control System was released? He had a song or a few lines about it on that album. Don't think you can cite that as a reason for the 2013 fall off.

As much as it pissed everyone off that Q didn't drop this year, it wasn't in his hands to pick a date or release it. He either got screwed by Interscope or he actually did have a shitload of samples to clear. Either way, I'm pretty certain when it drops everyone here is gonna enjoy it in some capacity.

I guess we can all agree on Maybach Music taking universal L's this year. Rape verse, Wale clowned on several levels, Breakfast club interview, Mastermind pushed back for Ross, Gunplay knocked out more times than Roy Jones Jr. and turned irrelevant, Meek Mill mad about control verse, hell what else?

I actually agree, but it isn't the most ridiculous thing. I think ASAP getting a multimillion dollar deal before his first tape is more suspect.

Chance suggested he'll consider signing with a major, but the deal would have to be perfect (ie no 360 shit). Ultimately he wants to remain independent as long as possible, and wouldn't mind doing it forever.

IMO he'll have to sign some sort of deal eventually, especially if he starts getting more popular and needs a bigger machine.
