Ye pretty much flat out said that it's gonna have lots of jams that evoke Blood On The Leaves, but at the same time we've heard No I.D. say it's the closest Ye has been to traditional hip-hop.

Gonna be pretty disappointed if it leans too much in either direction IMO. In general I'm afraid of Ye pandering to the mainstream, which seems to be a goal of the album.
