I love all their stuff (why haven't more people read the Dirk Gently books?) but If I'm going for a prose style I aspire to it's William Gibson or Ernest Hemingway.

Oh man, I kinda really want to do a Pokemon mafia game in Season 5 or 6 now. Mafia would obviously be Team Rocket, with an alternate Team Plasma team who can roleblock players by "liberating" their Pokemon.

If it wasn't made clear by my name I'm an ultrafan of the series >.>

Organization:
Season 4 will start when Cthulhu and DR are finished? How many games do we have in line and how many players will fit in?
Personally I think, anything more than three big games is too much. Maybe we can organise some more smaller sidegames during Midseason like NX, Election and ONUW games :)

Where is the latest player list?

Also I wanted to go to bed and it would've been incredibly easy to tell that I'm European because of the time zone.

Now that we have played both versions (Target and Tahoma), I want people to give their thoughts, what version works better? What would they play more likely in the future (if neither). I don't think neither of these games worked super-well, so they do need lot of tweaking for possible future.

I actually liked watching Tahoma more. I just think there should a way to reward guessing/ a correct guess. Also, a punishment for inactivity should be made in some way.

This was fun, needs some incentive for a correct guess though. I only guessed because I felt bad about being inactive all day.
Also time zones are a problem, maybe make the game shorter somehow?

How about first correct guess wins? Solves both of those problems at least, and we didn't get a correct guess here until it was over (though I'm not sure if that is typical).

I missed Tahoma live, but going back and re-reading... I think both are fun. Maybe switch off. I agree that Tahoma needs a penalty for inactivity.

I didn't play or watch Tahoma, but Target was...only fun in theory, maybe because I liked the dog aliases. But it was a ton of back and forth without any hard information, and imitating other players is something that only works with a close clique of players.

Good game to everyone! I'm so happy that I somehow managed to claw my way to 3rd place, even if I fell at the final hurdle.

I enjoyed Tahoma more, but that's because I came closer to winning. I think that people were probably disadvantaged because they were unfamiliar with me, so I was able to get away with more, although I tried to be as different to my normal style of posting as possible anyway.

I'm glad that Banana managed to get so many fans.

I am half tempted to join just to see el topo his reaction ;)

But alas, I don't think I am able to play two games simultaneously and give them both enough attention. And I rather not think about the possibility of dying this night in NX :(

I'm kind of glad I'm hosting next season. I want to see a game from the other side. In AC I thought I was on top of things. (Even when everyone else thought I was flailing.) But in CoC, I felt like I was lost all the way to the end.

EDIT: I mean a full-on game. ONUW is great, but it really doesn't count.

Is it already known who will host the season 4 games? Or does that kinda depend on who manages to get their game finished on time?

I probably shouldn't have made the assumption, but AFAIK, my Night Vale game is ready to go*, and people seem to be excited about it.

*At least, I think so.
