Season 2, Episode 4 (It's called Total Rickall). It's an episode that stands on its own; all you need to know is that Rick's a mad scientist who lives with his daughter and her family, so you're already set! I think it might've gone "locked behind a cable account" on [adult swim]'s website, though.
