I had forgotten that both Yung Rapunxel and ATM Jam existed (and lbr, Azealia wins the flop of the year) and bless godels because I didn't think of the Ibiza Edition of Venus. I still bop to that.

edit; I downloaded a bunch of albums this morning and Sub Focus - Turn Back Time is actually slaying me.
You might prefer the Metric Remix if you're not a big fan of trap

I'm too lazy to fill out a ballot, but I do agree with putting ARTPOP/Lady Gaga on the Album Of The Year list (maybe around #5 or #6) as well as, somewhat ironically, putting them as the Flop Of The Year because album sales and some of the reception have been so poor. It's a bit of a conundrum.

I put Gaga as Flop of the Year not because I think she's awful and has had a genuinely terrible year, but because by any metric failing to outgun Katy Perry in either sales or critical acclaim can be considered nothing other than a flop for Gaga.

And I don't think ARTPOP is anywhere near close to album of the year, so there's that too.

I had a dream where I turned on the TV and it was on CNN with news that Taylor Swift was shot dead. I was actually like "Wow wtf she didn't do anything bad to anyone" then the details come that she received 22 gunshots and they start playing a slideshow talking about her life starting with 22 chorus. My brother and I looked at each other seriously at first and we started laughing running out of breath at that song choice. It doesn't end there there were tweets going on the lower part of the screen with people crying and some having the lols by the song selection and at the last part before going to commercials the tweet don't ask me why the last tweet was "Buy Wrapped in Red by Kelly Clarkson" it caught me of guard and I woke up with a laughing fit.

My humor is turning a bit dark with my messed up sleeping habits.

Midnight Memories sold nearly 100k more its first week in the UK than Take Me Home did, and more than doubled its Japan launch.
